Once a slot in a class is confirmed, by email, payment is expected.
Substitution of personnel in lieu of cancellation may be done, without penalty and without notice, up to the start of the first day of class.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation of a slot must be made prior to 10 calendar days from the start date of the class. You may choose a slot in a future class or a full refund.
If less than 10 calendar days but more than 5 you may choose a slot in a future class or a half refund.
No refunds will be made for:
No Shows
Cancellations made less than 5 working days prior to start of class
Students who fail to successfully complete the course.
Students who withdraw after the start of the course, and;
Students who fail to meet the minimum attendence requirements.

Depending on the reason (Sickness, Family Emergency, etc.) a slot in a future class maybe held,but a refund is not made.
